Keeping up to date with your and your team's tickets
To see update to your ticket, or to add your own updates, log in at https://jbilling-support.appdirect.com/access/normal.
Then, click the drop-down next to your name at the top right of the window, then select Requests.
On the Requests page, you will see three tabs:
- My requests: These are requests where you are the ticket requester. This could mean that you created the ticket yourself, or someone created a ticket on your behalf.
- Requests I Am CCd on: These are tickets where you have been added as a CC.

Organizational requests: These are tickets that have been raised by other members of your organization. You are not the ticket requester, and you have not been CCd on any of these tickets.
- NOTE: If you are added as a CC on an existing ticket, it will move from the Organizational requests tab to the Requests I Am CCd on tab.
- NOTE: You will only receive email notifications on your own tickets, or on tickets that you are CC'd on. If you need to follow an organizational ticket, you can ask the ticket requester or anyone CC'd on the ticket to add you as well. This can be done from the My Requests page, or by replying to the email thread an adding
